ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Fully licensed in Maryland — LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT or associate eligible for board supervision
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health field
- EMDR trained or certified (preferred)
- Trauma-informed and culturally competent
- 1–3+ years of clinical experience
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Multilingual a strong plus • Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati welcome
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide individual or group psychotherapy to a diverse client caseload
- Conduct clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system
