Your initial intake is a gentle, 60-to-90-minute conversation focused on understanding your history, current challenges, and goals. We view this as a collaborative "meet and greet" where we begin building a supportive relationship and a plan for your growth.
A Superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the clinical codes your insurance company needs to process a claim. If we are out-of-network for you, you pay the session fee upfront, and then submit this document to your insurer to request direct reimbursement.
You don't have to carry this alone
Reaching out is the hardest part. A free 15-minute consultation gives you space to share what's weighing on you — and see if we're the right fit. No pressure. No commitment. Just a kind first step.
